Allows you to activate or deactivate your call forwarding feature from any touchtone phone.

To Activate from home/business

Dial *72 and dial the number you would like to forward your calls to. It will call the number you are forwarding to.

If they answer: Stay on the line for at least 2 seconds and the feature will be activated. (If the answering machine or voicemail answers it will consider the call answered.)

If they don't answer: Hang up & immediately dial *72; enter number to forward to. You will hear 2 confirmation beeps if feature is activated.

To Deactivate

Dial *73

To Activate from an outside phone

Dial xxx-2010. It will ring twice; then after a series of 4 beeps dial your 7-digit telephone number "twice" unless you have a PIN #, then enter that (to secure a 7 digit PIN #, contact our office). You will hear a series of 2 beeps then dial *72 and dial the number you would like to forward your calls to. You will hear a pause then 2 confirmation beeps.

To Deactivate

Dial xxx-2010. It will ring twice; then after a series of 4 beeps dial your 7-digit telephone number "twice". You will hear a series of 2 beeps; dial *73
