North Dakota Telephone Company, a state-of-the-art provider of telephone, internet and video services is currently searching for a Business Office Customer Service Representative.  This position may also be assigned CSR responsibilities in other departments when needed.
 

Requirements:  The qualified individual should possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to quality customer service and be proficient in the use of computers.  Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.    NDTC offers an excellent benefit package.
